Are you currently experiencing a difficult emotional period, have you recently gone through something challenging that is affecting your emotions, or do you simply need a safe space to share your feelings with others going through the same?

 The Emotional Support Group offers a warm, supportive, and multilingual environment where you can share and connect, without judgment.

 For only €40/year (≈ €3.33/month) and  your membership includes:

✔ 1 themed online group session per month (emotional and personal topics)

✔ Discount on individual listening sessions and moreAccess to a private WhatsApp community.

✔ Access to a private WhatsApp community.

✔ 1 One in-person gathering per quarter, usually held in selected cities or hosted by a volunteer group member. Those who cannot attend in person can join us online.

✔ If a member is going through a bereavement, they can receive one or two support visits, organized with their consent, to help them through these difficult times. 

✔ Annual group activities with shared snacks or traditional specialties (Participation fee: €20 )

 - Prefer individual support? We  also offers private listening sessions, grief & breakup support, motivation coaching and more. This group can complement or follow your one-on-one support.
